237 Main, formerly designed for Marine National Trust in 1939 by famed Architectural firm of Greene & Wicks, was a former 18-story commercial office building located within a historic preservation district.
The building, with the assistance of historic tax credits, was converted into a mixed use property featuring ten (10) residential floors offering sixty-four (64) units, commercial office space and a grand banquet facility supported by a complete commercial kitchen within the buildings’ grand lobby space.
The building received new utility infrastructure and distribution, ADA accessibility features and life safety systems throughout. The renovation was completed in late 2019.
